Announcing New & Improved Customer Service Experience with Advocus Title

I’m Brian Carrara, Advocus Title’s EVP of Customer Satisfaction. I wanted to re-introduce myself and let you know about Advocus Title’s new customer success improvements. We have been working hard behind the scenes to evaluate how to better support you and your borrowers to handle your orders and ensure a seamless closing experience. Our goal is to provide you with the best title experience in the industry, and if anything goes wrong, to provide you a quick and clear path of escalation and issue resolution. 

Moving forward, if you have ANY issues with the closing of your borrowers’ loans, you may do one of the following:

  • Submit a Ticket: Use this form to explain the issue. A support member will email or call you back as quickly as possible within the same business day. This form is linked in every Advocus Title employee’s email signature and can also be accessed directly from the Help icon on any page of our website.
  • Email: Send an email to [email protected]. All emails will be responded to within 30 minutes and status updates provided in the event that there are any delays in completing your request.
  • Phone: Call our support team to get help right away.

We are committed to making sure that your questions get answered, that all issues are resolved, and that you never get lost in the shuffle.
