Title Tuesday: Advocus Title Customer Satisfaction Results

Advocus Title takes pride in our customer service and satisfaction, and we continually evolve to better serve you and your clients.  In 2021, Advocus Title improved across the board in comparison to 2020 by achieving an overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 8.18 out of 10!  We were able to do this with hard work and by growing our company with a focus on:

  • response times
  • quality of work

  • implementing a Customer Success Team, and

With all the new adjustments over the last couple of years in our society, we really wanted to focus on keeping our customers safe, happy and healthy.  One way we’re able to do this was by becoming eClose experts – we are the industry leaders, and no one does it better.  Closing your loan via eClose allows your client to sign documents electronically with a licensed notary online in the safety of their own home, removing the stress of direct contact with another person.  And according to our eClose customer satisfaction survey, we had an astounding 4.98 rating out of 5!  If you have not tried eClose yet, Advocus Title is here to guide you and your client through the process.
